Your Role as Crew Chief - AME:
As the Crew Chief - AME, you will play a vital leadership role in our maintenance team. You will oversee AMEs and apprentices while ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our fleet and customer aircraft. Your expertise and leadership will contribute directly to our reputation for excellence in aviation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor AME & apprentice team members, ensuring quality work and professional development among our team and apprentices
Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on company and customer aircraft
Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on engines, structures, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Assist the Director of Maintenance with general operational duties
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed AME-M1 (M2 will also be considered)
At least one year of aircraft maintenance experience (preference given to experienced candidates)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Class 5 Driver’s License required
